Some houses give you one big view. This one gives you a whole landscape. Green hills roll away from the pool terrace, the mountains rise behind them, and on the horizon the Mediterranean meets the unmistakable outline of the Peñón de Ifach. It changes with the light all day, and it never gets old.
The villa sits in the quiet residential hills of Moraira, in the municipality of Teulada-Moraira, on a road that serves only the neighbouring homes. There is no through traffic, just palms, established villas and the natural contours of the hillside. Moraira’s beaches, marina, restaurants and town centre are a short drive away, close enough to enjoy whenever you want and far enough to come home to peace.
Built in 2005 and since renovated, it is classic Ibiza style: whitewashed walls, arches, natural materials and a relaxed, welcoming feel. The main living level centres on a generous lounge that opens straight onto the pool terrace, with a separate kitchen and a guest WC. There is also a full en suite bedroom on this floor, a real advantage for guests or for anyone who would rather not climb stairs. Air conditioning in the rooms and bedrooms and gas central heating keep the house comfortable in every season.
Outside is where the house really comes alive. The infinity-style pool looks out over the hills towards the sea, and the terrace around it has plenty of room for loungers and long afternoons. Beneath Mediterranean arches sits a large covered outdoor room with dining, seating and a fully fitted summer kitchen with barbecue, sink, worktops and storage. A retractable awning adds shade when you want it. Long lunches, children in the pool while dinner is on, a last glass of wine as the light fades over the mountains: everything happens out here.
Upstairs are three more en suite bedrooms, so all four bedrooms have their own bathroom. The principal upstairs suite opens onto a generous private terrace with views across the hills to the Mediterranean and the Peñón de Ifach. It’s the place for the first coffee of the day, before anyone else is up. A second bedroom has its own terrace with sea and mountain views.
The lower level is a genuine bonus. A private cinema room handles film nights and big matches, and could become a fifth bedroom if needed. Next door, a children’s playroom gives younger members of the family a space of their own, so the main living areas stay calm. A large garage and extra parking on the plot complete the picture.
Four en suite bedrooms, a cinema, a playroom and an outdoor kitchen made for summer, all in a quiet hillside setting with views to the sea. A villa you’ll find hard to leave, even for a day.
